Derbyshire County Council is proposing changes in how they handle reports of issues relating to Rights of Way and are asking for the public to provide their views on the proposed changes.

My personal view is that the proposals mean that anything of “priority B” or lower will never be adequately addressed. Providing a response time of half of year means, to me, that the problem will not really be solved (however, my view only – please provide your views on the survey).
If this was a business plan it would sink without trace.
The Council need to manage the issue, not extend targets that are already not being met.
