Roger visited Derby earlier in the year (see this <a href=\"https:\/\/derbycyclinggroup.org.uk\/site\/2015\/01\/roger-geffens-visit-to-derby\/\">link<\/a> for a report) and was very well received by the members attending the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>In accepting the award, Roger paid tribute to local campaigners saying &#8220;I pay particular tribute to the many local volunteers involved in campaigning at the local level.
