Whilst the Government are still allowing us to go out on real cycle rides for exercise, shopping and commuting purposes, some of us are confined to home. The advice is to use static cycles but my experience is that this can be mind numbingly boring.
Local cycling enthusiast Les Sims has been building up a library of “cyclist’s point of view” videos and pictorial route descriptions over the last few years and these could usefully help to brighten up any home based cycling. They can also suggest some suitable routes for “real” cycling.
The pictorial stories can be found at Les’ website.
